MitoKit-CII/Succinate-nv

Description

NV118/MitoKit-CII (diacetoxymethyl succinate) is a plasma membrane-permeable (p) prodrug that diffuses across the plasma membrane. Cleavage of diacetoxymethyl residues is mediated by intracellular esterases, thus releasing succinate in the intracellular space.

Preparation of 1 M stock solution:
  1. Dissolve 25 mg NV118 in 95.1 ยตL DMSO.
Preparation of 100 mM stock solution (from the 1M stock):
  1. Dilute 95.1 ยตL 1 M stock solution with 855.9 ยตL DMSO.
  2. Divide into 50 ยตL portions.
  3. Store at -20 ยฐC.
