MitoKit-CII/Succinate-nv

Description

NV118/MitoKit-CII (diacetoxymethyl succinate) is a plasma membrane-permeable prodrug that diffuses across the plasma membrane. Cleavage of diacetoxymethyl residues is mediated by intracellular esterases, thus releasing succinate in the intracellular space.

Abbreviation: Snv
