Volume calibration of the Oroboros Chamber

• Loosen the stopper fixation rings (A) and (B) with the Allen key (OroboPOS-Service Kit).
• Follow the instructions in the Oroboros Manual: MiPNet22.11 O2k-FluoRespirometer manual
• Tighten the screws of the fixation rings (A) and (B) gently with the Allen key to ensure that the calibration ring cannot be displaced. Tightening the screw with too much force may damage the thread of the calibration ring. Check for a sufficient fixation by trying to rotate the calibration ring.
